Bu d\u00fczenlemeler aras\u0131nda Devlet Memurlar\u0131 Kanunu (657 Say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun) s\u0131k s\u0131k referans al\u0131nmaktad\u0131r. 687 Say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun\u2019a g\u00f6re ba\u015fta kamu g\u00f6revlisi olma \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131mayan ki\u015filerin nitelikleri sonradan anla\u015f\u0131lsa dahi memurlu\u011fa son verilmesi sonucunu do\u011furmaktad\u0131r. Bu noktada pek \u00e7ok durum, memuriyetten \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmaya neden olmaktad\u0131r. Memurluktan \u00e7\u0131karman\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, memuriyetten men edilme sonucu do\u011furan su\u00e7 ve cezalar bulunmaktad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca, su\u00e7un t\u00fcr\u00fc ya da cezan\u0131n miktar\u0131 fark etmeksizin su\u00e7un infaz\u0131 s\u00fcresince devlet memurlu\u011fu yap\u0131lmas\u0131 yasakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Memuriyete Engel Su\u00e7lar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Memuriyete engel su\u00e7lar ayn\u0131 zamanda y\u00fcz k\u0131zart\u0131c\u0131 su\u00e7lar olarak da tan\u0131nmaktad\u0131r.
